HORIZONTOSKOP (according to Tonné)
A simple, but very convenient auxiliary program to construct images of buildings of an existing location situation developed by TONNE and the Institut für Tageslichttechnik in Stuttgart. It consist of an acrylic glass hemisphere with a flat and transparent base that can be laid on a diagram disc. At the location to be examined the device must be held horizontally and can be aligned towards north with the help of a compass. When looking from above onto the reflecting acrylic glass hemisphere an image appears in central projection and this picture is mirrored into the diagram what makes instantaneous judging possible.
